At Knitting Factory Brooklyn, we’re more than just an exciting and eclectic music venue in the heart of Brooklyn, we’re also a great place to host your next private event!
As a beloved staple in New York City for 30 plus years, we’ve hosted a variety of unique and fun events expanding across all sounds, cultures, and vibes. Loved by locals and tourists alike, Knitting Factory Brooklyn is conveniently located near all major public transportation (L, G, M & J trains)and right off the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, making it the perfect location for hosting a holiday party, corporate event, wedding, or film shoot.
And what’s more, we offer two distinct rooms!
Front Room
The Front Room can accommodate 60 seated and up to 100 standing. Home to the famous Comedy at the Knitting Factory, which is still going strong each and every Sunday, previously hosted by Hannibal Burress of Broad City fame, now hosted by Marie Faustin, Aminah Imani, and Sydnee Washington, The Front Room has been a great space for hosting comedy and other such events for the past 10 years. With a 30 square foot stage, pristine sound system, three 7’ projectors, and a fully stocked bar, the front room is the ideal spot for small receptions, cocktail parties, happy hours, meetings, birthday parties and more!
The Venue
Just behind the Front Room’s plated glass windows is The Venue. It has the ability to accommodate 100 guests seated theatre style and 325 standing. The Venue features a large 24’x17’ stage for performances, state of the art sound and lighting systems, a fully stocked bar, as well as a floating bar, and a 13’ drop-down projector, The Venue is the ideal space for holiday parties, private concerts, film shoots, corporate events, film screenings, fundraisers and more!
The Knitting Factory
Can’t decide between both spaces? Rent the entire Knitting Factory! This gives your party access to both bars, additional seating, ample performance space, PLUS total exclusivity for you and your guests!
